Gulf views are abundant from the spacious balcony and main living area. Throughout the rental, enjoy a surprising open feel from additional large windows offering plenty of natural light.

Spend all day relaxing, reading or just watching the waves while you lounge by the large beachside pool and sundeck which overlook the emerald Gulf waters and sugar white sands. Steps away, sink your toes in the sand with a short walk from the pool area down to the private beach access where more time for lounging awaits. If you take the day off from beach life, hop on the complimentary resort shuttle tram to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where shopping, dining and entertainment options are almost unlimited. Seasonal entertainment includes live music almost nightly, fireworks, outdoor movies and more! If you need to get your heart rate up, hop on the shuttle again to make your morning tee time at one of four noteworthy golf courses or stop in for a game on one of 16 tennis courts.

Between the courts and the beach, swing by the condo for a snack and to load up your cooler for an afternoon in the sand. The updated kitchen, full size appliances, spacious countertops and storage make putting together any picnic or dinner a breeze. The large bathroom has been completely updated offering a large sink area and shower. When it’s time to turn in, the sleep room offers a separate sleeping option in addition to the king bed and sleeper sofa in the main living area.

It was a great location and staff were nice, as always. This particular room really needs new appliances. The washer and dryer is really awful and the dishwasher door doesn’t always stay open.
The bed was full of sand when I arrived as well.
I’d come back but wouldn’t stay in that room again.

The check it was really easy. The condo was very nice and right on the beach. The only concern I had was some type of smell coming out of the bathroom the maintenance person did come by but I was out! overall I will give it a 8/10.

It was a very nice rental. States that it sleeps 5. Maybe 4 and 2 have to be kids. Clean and very accesable to the beach and pool.

We hadn't been to the gulf in years and decided to book this for my birthday. Overall, the condo was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. Beautiful views of the gulf. Very clean and comfortable! Included everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation. Can't wait for my next trip.

My sister Lisa & I decided to bring in 2022 New Year at our favorite place, Sandestin, FL. It never disappoints; always beautiful white sand beachfronts - first time I've seen BLUE jellyfish. We were able to walk along beach w/bathing suits Fri & Sat, but it turned very cold Sun evening as storm came through. First time staying at Beachside; nicely furnished & very roomy - actually much bigger than shown; comfortable beds; bonus room was so nice - like having a separate bedroom; kitchen appliances for anything you want to prepare; balcony was much larger than shown with nice wicker table w/4 chairs & 2 swivel chairs w/smaller table. Got there at night so it was a little tricky finding the entrance into the property's parking. Usually stay at Westwinds or Villa Lago on Bayside of properties. Had the BEST ICE CREAM EVER at Baytowne's Moo La La (waffle cone)... my goodness! Large portions... totally yummy! Didn't realize ice cream could be so enjoyable in winter. Looking forward to next time. Thank you MVH - glad that I'm a Beach Bonus Member 4-ever!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. It was the perfect room for us. The view was just as described and outstanding. The condo as well appointed and very clean. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean. We would recommend.

Outstanding location, resort and unit. We had a spectacular stay in this clean and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the view, golf courses and the beach! We couldn’t be happier.
The resort was doing some trim painting in the common areas while we were there - it’s nice to see even the little things getting attention. We love Sandestin!

I can not say enough good things about this condo! We were nervous to travel with covid but the resort extremely sanitary and the condo was very clean. The view was AMAZING!!! Our trip unfortunately got cut short thanks to Hurricane Laura/Marco but we loved the condo so much we are booking it again this summer!

This rental is beautiful. Amazing view over the pool. Secure with walk out beach access. The beds are so comfortable unlike other rentals we have stayed in. The beach chairs were rusted and and broke on our first day at the beach so we bought 2 new ones and left them for the next visitors to enjoy. The lock stopped working on t he door and service was quick to replace it.

We loved the location of this unit. Maybe 200 feet from the gulf and right next to the Hilton. Bar service on the beach as well. Unit also has a small bedroom with a full bed for your kid(s). Reasonably clean although the bathroom tile grout needed cleaning for sure.

I can’t say enough about this rental! The view was beautiful! The place was adorable and the bed was so comfy and you get an ocean view while sleeping. Place had all the basics and laundry in condo which was nice! We will definitely stay with my vacation haven again!

This unit was very nice. The only complaint that I would have is that the A/C unit would only go down to 70. During the day it was fine but at night it would get pretty warm. There is only one vent over by the kitchen. I would love to stay there again but would bring a fan just to help at night. Other than that it was wonderful.

This was my family’s first family vacation. The location was perfect being right on the beach. The room itself was perfect size with all the amenities you would have at your own home. The condo itself is close to everything in destin/Miramar Beach with Baytowne wharf being a 2 minute drive away. I would totally stay here again

Vacation Haven were very easy to work with as well as very friendly. The Coastal Crib /highchair rentals were fantastic. Had the crib set up when we arrived and highchair right after we asked for delivery!

Very well kept condo that was very professional run. It was super clean and roomy. It was just a few steps from the beach and very quiet at night.

Very nice water view property close to the beach. Shuttle service is handy for travelling to Wharftowne.
One concern was bed is too soft for our preference.

We visit Sandestin every year and are never disappointed. This was our first trip in April for my son's spring break and it was just the 2 of us. The view was perfect, the room was very roomy, and the activities were plenty! The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us and I would highly recommend.
